Christian Aschman was born in Luxembourg in 1966. After studying at the École de Recherche Graphique (ERG) in Brussels, he has been working as a freelance photographer since 1992.

AGROCENTER_Mersch 2018-2019

The photographs were taken as part of the photographic commission on the Mersch Agrocenter by the Centre national de l’audiovisuel between 2018 and 2019. After an exhibition at the CNA in 2020 showing 87 of the 800 photographs taken, they are now all part of the CNA’s archives and thus of the photographic heritage of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

The exhibition is accompanied by a comprehensive 280-page book containing a large selection of Christian Aschman’s photographs as well as archival photographs from the Agrocenter.
